The Tenth Annual IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition (ECCE 2018) was held in Portland, Oregon, USA on September 23 – 27, 2018. Many teachers and students from SEEE participated in the conference,and won two awards from the IEEE Industry Application Society Committee Prize Paper Award. The paper "A New Perspective on the PM Vernier Machine Mechanism " wrote by Dr. Xie Kangfu won the Electric Machine Committee of IEEE Industry Applications Society 2018 Third Prize Paper Award, the paper“Differential-Mode and Zero Sequence Circulating Current Reduction for Paralleled Inverters with Modified Zero-CM PWM Algorithm” wrote by Dr. Shen Zewei won the Industrial Power Converter Committee of IEEE Industry Applications Society 2018 Third Prize Paper Award.
